Interested in ordering Snappys for dinner? Here's what you need to know...

All orders are placed and paid for through the store and can be placed at any time during the day. Because our cart is quite small we can only cook one order at a time, so we take orders in five minute increments. This allows us to have a pretty good idea when your order will be ready and also allows us to stay on track. Unfortunately that means there is a limit to how many orders we can take in an evening.

Orders that are placed during the day get first pick of the times slots, and orders that come in during the course of the evening are squeezed in around these. Some days, we might have reached our capacity for orders before we've even opened (and on these days we'll usually let you know on fb), but other days we might be able to fit you in much later in the evening.

While we understand that this system is a bit different to most takeaway stores, we think it's the fairest way for us to operate ours, especially when things are busy. If you ever miss out we are super sorry, but remember that you can always pop in during the day when you're here and book a time slot, even if you haven't got you order together yet.
